With the last stay in Scottsdale being so successful, I decided to hit it up again for the 4th of July. I had a little additional time that I needed to burn so I booked back in. I did 4 days and three nights this time, arriving July 3rd. I did not really do much the first day and headed over right as I would be able to check in. I got my room and headed up. There was a slight issue with the room. The hotel addressed it immediately and actually moved me to another room. It was a newly remodeled version of the room that I had last time. I got things settled in the room and ran out to get some food. I found a nice bottle of Armani cologne at another store in the plaza but decided to holdoff. I then just came back to relax.

Friday, I got up and hit up Kura Revolving Sushi again. I really, really enjoy that place. I decided to do a little driving around and hit a few shops. I decided to go back and get the cologne. I called my Uncle Tom and caught up with him for an hour or so. I had not spoked to him in a really long time and it was great to talk. I had not counted on seeing fireworks. There was a nice surprise though that I caught as I sat outside reading. Out of Scottsdale Airport, a number of planes for doing acrobatics and maneuvers. I watched those for about 20 mins before they ended. I did not do much of anything else. I did a little more reading and just relaxed.

Saturday, I hit up Kura again. I did that and decided to go driving for a few hours. I did a large loop before heading back to the hotel. I called it a chill day. I had a couple of cocktails and headed over to play the video game consoles. I did that for a while and then headed back to get things sorted. I got everything packed up and grabbed some sleep.

Sunday was very mellow. I was up early again due to the early checkout time. I got everything in the car and then headed back to the house.
